The Bowmanville Zoo is Canada's only private zoo, established in 1919. The zoo carries over 300 creatures. The zoo stretchess over 42 acres and features some creatures as lions, jaguars elephants, monkeys and more, some of which have played roles in Hollywood movies and T.V. shows.
