Fairy Lake
Fairy lake is man-made and was created by a Conservation Authority dam on the Holland River. Located in downtown Newmarket within the Wesley Brooks Memorial Conservation Area, the lake is a popular recreation spot among locals and a variety of activities and events take place here throughout the year.

East Holland River
The East Holland River runs north from the Town of Newmarket, joins with the West Holland River and eventually its waters empty into Lake Simcoe.
